Tea 101 - Classroom Course

3 Hour Class on proper espresso extraction.

We are talking Camellia Sinensis, loose leaf teas in this class!  History, culture, global trade economics, and above all the life which comes from the study and consumption of teas.  Will delve into the differences in white, green, oolongs and black teas. Participants will be enriched by the information, and know the differences between loose leaf teas, English Teas and Herbals.
