This course is taught by a ServSafe certified manager, and is an introduction to Food Safety for all food, beverage, and hospitality associates. This is an introductory course to food borne illness, pathogens, and how everyone can mitigate risk. This course does not meet the requirements nor formal food safety certification. This course is highly recommended for any current or prospective food and beverage employee.
